THE FINE PRINT

  • No initiation or cancellation fees.
  • Discounts and perks cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Cancel any time after 3 months. By canceling, you forfeit special discounts, perks, and complimentary services, but you retain the ability to apply your credits or funds toward any service, albeit without the membership discounts.
  • Artisan Membership: Credits are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • 365-Botox Membership – 60 units of toxin per session. Additional toxins will be charged on a per unit basis. The 4 treatment sessions must be completed within 12 months after initial initial payment.
  • 365-Botox Membership –  Your first treatment is available after $750 has been paid.
